1.Initial Deposit:

To confirm the start of the process, a $25 deposit is required.

This amount will be deducted from the total service fee.

For Corporations, the deposit fee is $200.

2.Access the Client Portal:

After the deposit, you will receive an invitation to access our TaxCycle Client Portal. This secure platform is designed for:

• Exchanging documents safely.

• Uploading your tax slips.

• Collecting electronic signatures.

3.Complete the Online Form:

In the portal, you will find the link to fill out the online form and a detailed checklist of the required documents to proceed with the process.​

• If you are filing as a couple, only one person needs to complete the form, as there is a dedicated section for the spouse’s information.​
